Four businesses.
One process.

A wealth management firm, a sports physical therapy clinic, an estate planning firm, and a music academy.
Different markets, different timelines, and the same seven steps behind every result.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Seven steps. Every client.

The keywords change. The content themes change. The local market changes. The method stays the same.

Audit and keyword mapping.

Every core service gets its own target phrase, so no two pages compete. We also find the pages that should exist and don’t.

Technical fixes.

Speed, structure, indexing, and anything else keeping Google from reading the site properly.

Pages built to rank.

One page per search intent, written around how real clients actually search.

Content on a monthly theme.

Articles and video that answer the questions your best clients are asking, linked back to your service pages.

Local and directory signals.

Google Business Profile, reviews, and the directory listings that Google and AI search both draw from.

Built for AI answer engines.

Question-based FAQs and structured content, so ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini can find you and cite you.

Monthly measurement.

Rankings, traffic, referral source, and conversions, reviewed with you every month.

SEO isn't separate from your website.
It's delivered through it.

Every client on this page needed a rebuilt website.

Two launched all at once. One was rebuilt page by page over three years. One is mid-rebuild after eighteen months of SEO on the old site.

The right approach depends on how much your current site is holding you back, and how much a pause would cost you.

WEALTH MANAGEMENT | SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA

One article a month.
Page one for the questions that matter.

Where they started

A Bay Area firm serving high-net-worth families, business owners, and people nearing retirement.
The old site described the firm in general terms and didn’t show up for the searches its ideal clients were making.
The firm wanted results without a heavy content commitment, so the plan had to work with very little of their time.

What we did

Results

Page-one rankings for San Francisco Bay Area financial advisor, wealth management, high-net-worth retirement planning, retirement savings, and cost of living in the Bay Area.

Ranking keywords grew from about 15 to about 115, and they’re still climbing.

Three articles hold average positions two through four for the exact questions the firm’s best prospects are searching.

Two more articles are trending up now.

Why it matters

Someone searching for the tax-smart way to sell a business in California isn’t browsing. They have a big decision in front of them right now. Ranking for that question puts the firm in the room at the moment it counts. It took one article a month.

SPORTS PHYSICAL THERAPY | PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA

ACL pages to
#1 and #2 on Google.
In seven weeks.

Where they started

A one-on-one, cash-pay clinic that gets about 65% of its new business from organic search. The owner had been handling SEO himself, and it was working until Google’s April and May 2026 core updates hit the site and leads dropped. The website described the clinic as general physical therapy. There was no sports physical therapy page and no ACL pages, even though ACL rehab and prehab are among its most valuable services.

What we did

Results, seven weeks after launch

The most ACL leads in a single month in the clinic’s history.
The ACL prehab page ranked within four weeks.

Four page-one placements for ACL prehab in the clinic’s city, ahead of established competitors and an orthopedic surgery group.
16 organic leads this month, up from a low of 7 earlier in the year.

13 keywords in Google’s top 3 and 26 in the top 10, including #1
for powerlifting physical therapy in the city.

Google’s AI lists the clinic first among local ACL prehab options and describes it in the words we wrote for the site.

What's next

This is week seven. SEO usually takes about six months to show its full effect, so this is the early signal. The next goal is the map pack for sports physical therapy, where the clinic sits just outside the top three.

ESTATE PLANNING | SAN FRANCISCO

From page three
to the firm's best source of new clients.

Where they started

A boutique firm serving clients across California. They were active on social media and running regular workshops, but SEO wasn’t part of the plan.
None of the site’s pages were optimized, and a search for estate planning lawyer San Francisco didn’t turn the firm up in the first three pages.
People visited the site because the firm sent them there. Nobody was finding them on their own.

What we did

Results, eighteen months in

Google is now the firm’s highest-converting referral source.
The most leads that turn into clients.

Organic traffic up 61% year over year.

Four clients closed from Google in a single month, within four months of the shift.

Google’s share of new business kept growing while the firm itself grew 41%.

On Google’s front page about 100 times a day, 43 of them in the top three.

What's next

Google now brings in 12% of the firm’s new business, up from 7% a year earlier. The firm is rebuilding its website around the audiences it serves, with every existing ranking protected through the move. The goal is 20%.

MUSIC ACADEMY | SAN RAMON, CALIFORNIA

67 students to 400. Search came first.

Where they started

A classical music academy that began as one teacher giving piano lessons at home.
In 2023 it had 67 students and had never paid for marketing. The owner chose to invest in SEO before any other channel.

What we did

Results

Enrollment grew to about 350 in roughly eighteen months and passed 400 in 2026.

The academy reached a major revenue milestone for the first time in 2025.

Local search visibility holds between 25% and 30%, and AI search visibility is climbing.

Self-booked trials up 86%, with individual articles driving measurable traffic.

The owner is now looking at expanding into two neighboring cities.

What's next

This is what the process looks like when it compounds. Search became the foundation, and every other channel was built on top of it. Three years in, the academy’s challenge isn’t finding students anymore. It’s managing growth.

Where are you on this timeline?

Some clients need a new site before anything else.
Some need eighteen months of steady work on the site they have.

We’ll tell you which one you are on the first call.

Client names are withheld at their request. Industries and locations are real.
